Landscape Designer & Sales Consultant

Latitude 41 is seeking a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Landscape Designer & Sales Consultant. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help grow and enhance our landscaping client experience.


Description:

  • Create landscape design concepts and estimates to present to prospective clients.
  • Build relationships, qualify customers, develop new business, and sell the value of our landscape services, which include installation of landscapes, hardscapes and softscapes to commercial and residential clients.
  • Work with Director of Landscaping and Production Team to prepare plans, layout, material choices, and plant materials, etc.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an in person sales environment is preferred, but not required
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CAD or hand drawings, Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/Outlook, and other industry-related computer programs.


Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their outdoor space.
  • Design Development: Create beautiful and functional landscape designs that align with client expectations.
  • Sales Presentations: Present and articulate designs to clients, providing detailed explanations and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Estimation and Proposal: Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals using company software, ensuring transparency and clear communication throughout the sales process.
  • Project Execution: Collaborate with our production team to ensure seamless execution of the designed landscapes.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to enhance our reputation in the industry.
