  • To initially enroll for our customer portal, you must receive an email from someone in our office with an invitation. The invitation must be accepted, and a username and password must be created. If you did not receive an invite link, please contact our office.

  • Once email is registered with password, you may log in using the link on our website or found within your invoice. If you forgot your password, you may click forgot password at the bottom of the screen and reset your password using your email associated with your account.

  • In the top right corner under "Welcome Your Name", click the green icon and a drop down menu will appear. 
  • Click "Manage Payment Methods"

  • After clicking "Manage Payment Methods", your payment dashboard will appear. Click "Create Payment Method" to add a new payment method.
  • For Payment Type, you may click Credit Card or ACH/eCheck to enter your desired payment method. If you are currently enrolling in ACH, you must enter your Routing Number with a / and then your Account Number on the same line.
    • Example: 123456789/1234
  • By clicking "Default Payment Method", you are enrolling into Autopay.

  • On the home screen of the customer portal, under "Open Invoices", click the green circle with the 3 white dots.
  • A drop down menu will appear. Click "Pay"
  • A menu will pop up to make a payment. You must have a credit card or ACH on file in order to make a payment. If you do not, please go to "Manage Payment Methods" to enter payment information.

  • If you are a customer with multiple properties on your account, you may switch back and forth properties in the top right corner where it says your name in black font.

SMS Text Messaging Registration

Opting into SMS texting feature for notifications from Latitude 41 regarding service is available via automated messaging. These messages may be promotional, informational, or marketing content. Latitude 41 customer information is never shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional services. Users will receive messages approximately once a week, or the frequency when service is scheduled. You may unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP to unsubscribe. You may text HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
